Stronger Together

Our Partner Companies

At LDG, our success in creating high-quality housing begins with strong teams. As we expand to meet the diverse needs of communities across the country—from affordable to workforce and market-rate housing—our affiliates bring a shared commitment to excellence at every stage of development.

From initial concept and design to construction and ongoing property management, Xpert Design and Construction, Rickhaus Architectural Design and Solidago Residential Services help us deliver communities that are not only well-built but also thoughtfully designed.

Together, we’re fulfilling our commitment to providing high-quality housing that residents are proud to call home. That defines …

… community in full bloom.

Xpert Design & Construction

LDG Development founded Xpert Design & Construction to help bring its mission to life: delivering high-quality housing that meets the needs of communities across the country. Xpert serves as a critical partner in making that vision a reality. By staying actively involved in every development phase, we can avoid common delays and deliver well-built, quality communities.

Rickhaus Design

As the architectural design subsidiary for LDG, Rickhaus Design views its role pretty simply: to create plans that anticipate the unexpected—from assessing potential sites to ensure a proposed concept “works” for the types of structures and amenities being considered, to designing the spaces in which hundreds of families will live, work and play, the founding of Rickhaus furthered LDG’s goal of streamlining the development process associated with building new, high-quality multi-family housing.

Solidago

As LDG’s portfolio grew, so did the need for a more tailored and mission-aligned approach to property management. Solidago Residential Services was established in March 2021 to meet this need and further LDG’s mission of putting residents at the center of everything we do. While Solidago Residential Services started as a small company that was powered by a third-party Property Management Company (PMC) that managed a fraction of LDG properties, it has evolved and is now a free-standing PMC that manages more than 60 percent of LDG properties, most of which are located in Kentucky and Texas—LDG’s largest markets.

As LDG’s in-house property management affiliate, Solidago is dedicated to enhancing our communities through exceptional operations, attentive service, and continued investment in the residents who call LDG properties home. At the heart of this approach is the ‘Solidago Experience’—a standard-driven framework that guides every stage of the resident journey, from the first impression as a prospective lead to the lasting memories created within LDG communities. Every on-site detail reflects thoughtful intention, from our team’s professionalism to our buildings’ high-quality standards. However, our commitment to resident services truly sets Solidago apart—ensuring that support, resources, and community programming are seamlessly woven into everyday life.

Focused on residents, founded in quality and rooted in integrity, Solidago offers more than housing. It creates environments where residents feel secure and supported to pursue what matters most. Every community managed by Solidago reflects our belief that housing should serve as a foundation for growth, stability and a better quality of life.

”Success is residents feeling like they’re in a community and having a home, having resources, having after-school programs, being able to build that next generation—that’s success for me. We are going to figure out how to build communities, not just apartment complexes, to put residents first. I would describe Solidago as essential. It’s essential to LDG for us to be successful for the future of providing quality housing.”

Marline S.

Community Manager

Marline Sanchez

Marline’s journey with Solidago began in June 2023, when she joined Cardinal Management Group, which initially powered Solidago Residential. In February 2025, as Solidago transitioned into an independent property management affiliate under LDG, Marline officially came on board as a Solidago team member.

Now serving as the Community Manager in San Antonio, Texas, Marline oversees a 288-unit community where she leads with compassion and a deep commitment to resident care. “My favorite part of the job is making a difference in my community and causing positive impacts on all encounters,” she shared.

Marline and her team played a key role in helping her community achieve stabilization and is especially proud of achieving zero findings during a TDHCA file audit in March 2025. This milestone directly reflects the quality and dedication Solidago and its employees strive to deliver across all communities nationwide.

With a background in property management dating back to 2008, Marline brings seasoned leadership and a passion for people to every aspect of her role. Since joining Solidago, she has been inspired by the organization’s commitment to its mission and the shared drive among team members to make a meaningful impact.

“Solidago is where I’ve learned the most and experienced some of my happiest moments with a wonderful team,”
